Nicola Patch Counselling FdSc MBACP (reg)
Welcome to Nicola Patch counselling and well being. I can offer a warm, compassionate and a safe space for you to explore various issues or challenges in life.
I am a fully qualified person centred counsellor having completed a FdSc degree in counselling with Bath Spa University and a registered member of British Association of counsellors and psychotherapists (BACP).
I have experience in working with a wide range of issues and have helped individuals with relationship issues, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, stress, low self esteem, addictions and currently specialising in eating disorders.
I primarily work in a person centred way, meaning, that I build a relationship with each client while offering a friendly, confidential, non- judgemental and an empathetic environment, in order for my clients to explore inner thoughts and feelings which will be centred and tailored to meet their individual needs.
