Offering counselling to adults, young people and couples. I guarantee to meet you in complete confidentiality, and offer total respect and understanding. You will be supported in your recovery, or in making any changes you need to make, while working on the issues that are affecting your quality of life, happiness or wellbeing. In a confidential and safe space, I will listen to you and support you, to enable you to progress with any goals you bring to your counselling sessions.
I believe that we are most successful at changing a situation – how we feel or think, or how we behave – and achieving our goals, when we take active steps to achieve them, rather than waiting for things to change on their own. I work in a collaborative and pluralistic way.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with your counselling enquiry, either by phone, text message or by email and I will respond to you within 24 hours. I look forward to meeting you.
