If you are currently experiencing painful feelings, relationship issues or a difficult situation, you have already made a positive start by looking into counselling. If you are feeling anxious or depressed and decide to start therapy with me, I will listen without judging so that you can explore and share your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.
I work in a warm and empathic way and I consider myself to be non judgemental and ethical in my practice. I love my work, and respect the people I work with. I know how difficult it is to make the first appointment and go through counselling but I also know that counselling can lead you to a more fulfilling life. You may find that through counselling you develop more insight into your life and gain greater self-awareness so that you can start to envisage positive yet realistic change for your future.
I am a fully qualified counsellor working in a person-centred way on both a short and long term basis with clients according to preference and need. I choose to work flexibly, incorporating ways of working that will help you to move forward.
