About me

Welcome to Hampton Counselling please visit www.hamptoncounselling.com for full information regarding the services I can offer you.

If you or your child are currently experiencing painful feelings, relationship issues or dealing with a difficult situation, you have already made a positive start looking into counselling.

If you are feeling anxious or depressed and decide to start therapy with me, I will listen without judging so that you can explore and share your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.

Are you feeling pressure from school, your current family situation or work. Whatever your struggle please get in touch via email, text or telephone and start talking today.

Working with you in a warm and empathic way, I consider myself to be non judgemental and ethical in my practice. I love my work, and respect the people I work with. I know how difficult it is to make the first appointment and go through counselling but I also know that counselling can lead you to a more fulfilling life.

You may find that through counselling you develop more insight into your life and gain greater self-awareness so that you can start to envisage positive yet realistic change for your future.

Current climate is presenting us all with new challenges and pressures, which looks to continue for the foreseeable future. Due to the resulting consequences you may require support through counselling. A number of my sessions are taking place via zoom or telephone, making it easier to access.

I undertake referrals from EAP (Employee Assistant Programme) and GPs, I am also a Bupa Recoginised Provider.

I am a fully qualified counsellor working in a person-centred way on both a short and long term basis with clients according to preference and need. I choose to work flexibly, incorporating ways of working that will help you to move forward.
