I am an experienced Creative and Sand Play Therapist and Trauma Counsellor that understands that we can experience many difficult challenges throughout our life's journey and that ,at times, we may need some support to work through these.
To support you, I offer a flexible, emphatic,understanding,non judgemental approach that can include a variety of strategies, suited to your individual needs, in a safe,secure and confidential space.
My normal fees are :
£40 -50 per session.
However,I feel that cost should not be a barrier to accessing support, so please contact me to discuss fees.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked for many years in the Education sector, including Primary, Secondary and SEMH Schools, providing Creative and Sand Play Therapy for children and adolescents with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
I am especially experienced in working with children/adolescents/adults diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, ODD, Self harming, OCD, Depression and other Mental Health issues.
I am also experienced in offering support for families affected by all types of abuse.
I am able to offer clinical supervision to counsellors and creative/play therapists as well as providing sand play process sessions for trainee sand play therapists.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

£40 to £50 per 50 minute session.
£50 per hour session.
Trainee counsellors and trainee sand play therapists/play therapists
£40-£50 per 50 minute session.
However fees are negotiable, and can be discussed.
24 hours notice or normal charges apply.
Evenings after 5 pm. Thursday 1- 5 pm. Friday 10am -5 pm. Saturday availability by discussion
