Nicky Springle reg MBACP
Life is busy and demanding and we can all use a little Me Time. Time with friends is great but how often do you really talk about how you are feeling? We protect our loved ones and often carry on and cope when life’s demands become overwhelming.
Counselling can provide some well needed Me Time. It’s a safe space to talk and reflect, to address serious problems or simply to put yourself first and focus on what you need. Counselling provides a non-judgemental ear, somewhere to say anything you like without fear of people’s reactions. A safe place to work through niggles or major life issues. A place for some Me Time.

I am a qualified and experienced person centred counsellor. I am a member of the BACP and currently work in private practice and on a voluntary basis. I am experienced in the fields of addiction and bereavement and currently volunteer for a drug and alcohol charity in High Wycombe and work as a bereavement volunteer with Cruse. I have undertaken full training with both organisations and attend additional training sessions whenever possible.
