About me

If you have reached this point of reading my profile then you are probably taking the first steps towards your own healing. Or maybe you are looking to understand more about yourself and why you are the way that you are. What ever may have bought you to this point, you are now on a journey and it is just possible I might be the person who is privileged to join you on that journey.

Counselling can be a very daunting experience for some people and my role is, to gently and empathically lead you through the process and see you safely to the new you. I have many years experience working with people from all sorts of backgrounds, for both short term periods and long term.

If I can, I will do my utmost to help you through your journey to discover your inner self.

An initial assessment (a two-way process) is made by telephone and is free of any fees. It is an opportunity for both of us to examine your needs and the prospect of a empathic and meaningful relationship.
