About me
If you are looking for help for drug and alcohol addiction then you have come to the right place. The drugs or alcohol are not your problem, they are your solution. Our job is to help you deal with the real underlying issues and then help you develop the coping skills, relapse prevention skills and how to deal with triggers. We also work with many services and may decide that a more intensive option such as residential rehab may be more suitable but don't worry, we have a realtionship with them all and cant direct and arrange an admission. The only question you need to ask yourself is ... One Day or Day One?
