About me

Whether you are going through a crisis in your life or experiencing a difficult emotional time, speaking to an impartial professional can be very helpful and life changing. I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space for you to look at any issues, feelings or difficulties you may be experiencing. With my experience and skills I will help guide you to gain new insights, growth and healing.

About Me

I am a fully qualified and accredited integrative psychotherapist and I have 7 years experience.

I have worked with people experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, low self esteem, anger, men's issues, relationship difficulties, abuse and addictions. There is a list of other issues that I work with further down the page.

Alongside my private practice I previously worked within the Bereavement department of Marie Curie. I have also worked in the charity sectors, seeing clients at the Caravan drop in centre in Picaddilly and the Stress Project in Holloway. I have experience of working with addictions.

As I am an integrative psychotherapist I have a variety of approaches to use with you which can be tailored to your individual needs. I also work with the creative imagination, art, breath work, mindfulness and dreams to facilitate your process.

My belief

My belief is that the therapy process can give you a unique opportunity, with an impartial professional to work through what might be an emotional, challenging or stressful time in your life. It can enable you to move forward with more clarity, freedom and confidence, which in turn can bring more meaning to your life.

I work in central London on Monday,Tuesday and Thursdays in the day and evening.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
