I have 10 years of experience working as a counsellor and psychotherapist in the NHS, the voluntary sector and my private practice. I am recognised by Axa-PPP, Aviva and Vitality.
My working model is integrative/psychodynamic and I work with individuals face-to-face, on skype and on the phone. I have some reduced fee slots available.
I have successfully helped people with a wide range of issues including: relationship issues, anxiety, depression, addictions, anger, abuse, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, childhood issues, personality disorders, stress, work related issues, career counselling, spiritual issues, trauma, phobias, student issues, parenting, bullying and identity.

Aside from my private clients, I worked for the NHS; I also have 3 years experience as a Counsellor for a national mental health organisation and 2 years at a bereavement Service.
