About me

With years of experience as an Integrative Counsellor and Holistic Coach, I specialize in supporting women who feel trapped by emotional overwhelm, negative thoughts, and unexplained physical symptoms. If you're struggling with inner criticism, fatigue, or waking up already exhausted, you're not alone.

Does this sound familiar?

Your day might start with multiple snoozed alarms, already feeling exhausted before you’re even out of bed. Despite a day spent rushing from task to task, nothing feels fully accomplished. By evening, you’re drained, disappointed, and wondering why it’s so hard to catch up, let alone find joy.

Over time, the toll shows in both body and mind:

  • Physically – Headaches, muscle tension, tightness in your chest, or digestive issues might be constant companions.
  • Emotionally – Feeling isolated, even among others, and disconnected from your own feelings, as if life is on autopilot.
  • Mentally – Experiencing brain fog, racing thoughts, and a constant pressure to always be "on" for others.

I understand – I’ve been where you are.

I once navigated the same cycle of chronic fatigue, migraines, and emotional numbness. Finding my own way to wellness, I discovered supportive practitioners who truly understood me. Now, I am here to offer that support to you.

Together, we’ll work to calm your nervous system, ease emotional suffering, and reconnect you with yourself. This journey doesn’t have to be done alone; we’ll take small, achievable steps toward a balanced, fulfilling life.

What to Expect in Your First Session

In our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you here and begin exploring how we can work together. This is a space for you to share without judgment and for us to create a plan tailored to your needs and goals.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
