About me
With years of experience as an Integrative Counsellor and Holistic Coach, I work with women in Health and Helping professions who feel trapped by constant emotional overwhelm, negative thoughts, and unexplained physical symptoms. If you’re struggling to silence your inner critic, finding it harder to sleep, or waking up already drained, you’re not alone.
Your day might start with hitting the snooze button multiple times, already feeling exhausted before you've even left the bed. The endless list of tasks feels overwhelming, and despite spending the whole day rushing from one thing to the next, nothing ever seems fully accomplished. By evening, you collapse, drained and disappointed, questioning why it feels impossible to catch up, let alone find time for yourself or the things that bring you joy.
Physically, the strain is starting to show—headaches, muscle tension, tightness in your chest, or digestive issues have become a constant companion. You may snap at those around you, only to be flooded with guilt and sadness afterwards. Emotionally, you feel isolated, even in a room full of people, and the connection to your own feelings seems distant or numb, as though you're just going through the motions of life.
Mentally, you struggle with brain fog, decision-making feels overwhelming, and your mind races from one worry to the next. The constant pressure to always be "on" for others leaves little space to process your own emotions, and over time, that emotional disconnection leaves you feeling stuck, drained, and unsure of how to move forward.
I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to push through chronic fatigue, migraines, and emotional numbness while trying to help others. I saw various practitioners over many years of seeking help but I never felt heard or understood with my symptoms nor did I receive the support I needed to fully recover.
However, when I took my own well-being into my own hands I found some wonderful people who had gone through similar struggles as I did and who supported me on my journey to health and energy. Now, my purpose is to help you find that same sense of relief and resilience.
If you can place your trust in me, together we’ll work to calm your nervous system, ease emotional suffering, and feel connected to yourself once again. This journey doesn’t have to be overwhelming, nor does it need to be done alone. It starts with small, achievable steps toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
