About me

I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I tailor my approach to suit individuals’ needs. I am committed to providing a safe, confidential, reflective and supportive space and relationship where you can explore your feelings and concerns at your own pace and sometimes challenge them, your behaviours, beliefs and values.

Opportunity to talk about issues impacting on your life can help bring clarity and collaboratively we can realise what your choices and resources are and find solutions.

Having spent over 20 years myself in corporate life, I understand the challenges of a busy work life together with balancing other demands and pressures and how this can feel emotionally overpowering at times.

I work with adults, teens, children and couples.
