About me

I am a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist and regression therapist. I see clients for 50 minute counselling sessions on a weekly basis from consulting rooms in London Bridge, and sessions for hypnotherapy and regression take place in Waterloo. We can meet for short-term therapy to address specific issues or on a long-term basis for a deeper exploration of key issues and healing over time at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

It is important that you are comfortable with your choice of therapist so our first session allows us both the chance to get to know each other. We will discuss the problems that are bringing you to therapy, your background and current circumstances. You can ask me any questions about the therapy process and the way I work. We can then both take some space to ascertain whether I am the right therapist for you.

Having arrived to the UK at an early age, I recognise the challenges of displacement and otherness through my own personal search for identity and connection. Throughout my life I always felt a need to discover my purpose and in doing so crossed over careers as an artist and a producer in the digital entertainment industries. I have always had a strong fascination for the workings of the unconscious and it was through my artistic practice I was led to regression therapy, which then evolved into my training as a full practitioner and then becoming a counsellor.

How I work

Often our potential to live a fuller life is blocked by everyday psychological challenges, such as physical and emotional difficulties, anxieties, phobias and issues with how we relate to others. Working together in therapy I guide my clients to explore the source of their issue and help them to find solutions to overcome their problems.

Therapy is a process of uncovering, healing and transforming many layers within ourselves. My training in psychosynthesis recognises that we have many aspects to our personalities, which can cause conflict and limitations, such as when we are feeling anxious or unmotivated. Through exploration and understanding I can help you accept yourself as a 'whole person' so you can learn to believe that you are more than your problems, your past and the content of your stories.

My passion is to help people to develop their potential and discover a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. I have an integrative approach to counselling that draws upon imaginative methods such as guided visualisations, and exploration of drawings, dreams and mental imagery. Paying attention to the connection between body, mind and emotions, I work intuitively, allowing each session to flow with your specific needs.

Everyone arrives to the process at very different personal stages. I am committed to meeting each person where they are at as an individual, and can provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, providing empathy and respect for you, your values and belief system.

If you would like to get in touch to ask any questions or to book an initial session then please call or email me and I will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a post-graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip) validated by Middlesex University; a Diploma in Regression Therapy (Dip RTh) and certificate in Hypnotherapy (Ct Hyp), which are both accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), as well as a Masters in Photographic Studies (MA) from the University of Westminster.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to their professional code of practice. I am in regular supervision and am continually engaged in self-development both personally and professionally, which enables me to widen my experience and knowledge to fully support my clients

In addition to my private practice I’m a counsellor at Mind, the mental health charity, I am a training workshop assistant at the Psychosynthesis Trust, and have an artistic practice as a photographer.
