About me
I'm a Specialist Counsellor and Psychotherapist supporting young people and adults with anxiety, grief and loss, family and relationship problems, low mood, depression, menopause and perimenopause, career related issues and burnout.
In our sessions, I can provide you with the tools and teach you the skills to be able to manage the difficulties you may be facing at home. I will also provide you with an understanding of the science behind what you are experiencing.
At times, these challenges may seem overwhelming and endless. Whatever you are going through, I want you to know that there is support available to you.
I have successfully helped countless clients navigate and overcome all manner of challenges and difficulties, such as the anxiety-inducing hardships life can throw at us to a place of true empowerment and fulfilment. Finding fulfilment starts with a small step.
As someone that has struggled with health anxiety due to an early menopause, I know how hard it can be to navigate these unexpected life changes. With the right counselling it is possible to overcome these hardships and find the empowerment you need.
Whether you are feeling on edge or tense most of the time, constantly worrying, experiencing panic attacks or feeling low and unable to see a way forward; I know how difficult it can be. I've been through it all myself. Taking the first step can feel almost impossible but once you do things only start to get easier.
I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches to make sure we address the challenges you may be facing in the way that best suits your needs. The anxiety and stress caused by your situation doesn't have to be permanent. Together, we can deal with it.
If you are ready to take the first step book a consultation call with me. You don’t have to face this alone. Or alternatively, drop me a short email and let me know when is convenient and I can call you back.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Sessions will be held either face to face, online via Zoom video call or telephone. Each session is 50 minutes.
During your initial session, we will get to know each other and explore your concerns in depth.
Our counselling process is tailored to your unique needs, and we will work together to identify your goals for counselling and therapy. You can expect me to actively listen and provide empathy and validation throughout the session.
To ensure that I have a complete understanding of your situation, I will ask you to fill out an assessment form that covers your background, history, and current situation. This information is confidential and will be used solely to guide our work together.
At the end of this session, you will have a better understanding of how counselling and therapy can help you. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals.
