Natasha Wilson, UKCP psychotherapist, IFS and Neurofeedback Practitioner
Hi, I'm Natasha. I offer Internal Family Systems therapy and Psychotherapy, and Neurofeedback and am qualified and insured. I work with a wide range of issues and I have considerable experience working with anxiety, panic and depression, trauma, relationship issues and addiction. I am friendly and not afraid to delve into dark places.
I am a UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist and Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society. I also hold a Neurofeedback Practitioners Certificate. I am undergoing further training in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) aiming to complete Level 2 in March 2020
I chose to train in IFS as it’s intuitive, introceptive and creative. It’s evidence based and unlike any therapy I know! I also draw from Gestalt and phenomenology, mindfulness, attachment theory, transactional analysis and relational/dialogical approaches. I have a particular interest in how our brains work, in 'neuropsychotherapy' and the possibilities of neurofeedback. Our initial meeting will help clarify what you would like to explore or change in therapy, what approach is best for you. I offer all clients an initial 'brainwave analysis' and it is up to you to take that up or not. I work with clients on both short term and longer term basis.
When we agree to work together, I offer weekly, full hour sessions.
My practice is centrally located in Stroud, near the library. Please note I have no disabled access, the practice is in a private home. I am less than 5 minutes to the train and bus stations.
i also work with clients using Skype and Zoom
