We use Person Centred approach, we focus on an individual's personal needs, desires and goals so it works with pretty much anything from drugs and alcohol, anxiety, abuse and bereavement etc.
There are two of us available so we can offer Flexible hours to suit, either am, pm, plus some evening appointments.

10 week course with The volunteer Counselling Training Programme with Herts Rape Crisis And Sexual Abuse Centre.
Was a volunteer for a drugs and alcohol agency and also for an agency that helped abused women.
