About me
Hi 👋🏻 I’m Natasha Scullane, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Psychotherapist working online with successful, confident-looking women over 30. I'll help you to overcome self-doubt and overwhelm so you can lead a genuinely meaningful and fulfilling life.
I’ve worked for NHS Talking Therapies services for over 15 years, as a CBT & EMDR therapist and supervisor.
Your life might look good from the outside, but inside you feel held by back by self-doubt and anxiety, struggling with overthinking and perfectionism. Do you constantly second-guess yourself, worry about what others think, and feel like you’re not good enough - despite all you’ve achieved? Your past negative experiences are affecting you more than you expected. The way you think and act today has been shaped by your past, and you're ready to make positive changes to move forward.
You’ve probably tried self-help books, meditation apps, or even counselling or coaching, but nothing has created the lasting change you’re looking for. That’s where a personalised blend of CBT, ACT, and EMDR can help.
How I work 💻
I tailor therapy to your unique situation, combining evidence-based approaches:
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to process and heal unresolved past experiences or trauma
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address current negative thought patterns and reduce overwhelm
- Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you clarify your values and align your life with what truly matters
Together, we’ll work to address the past, break unhelpful cycles, build self-trust, and give you the tools to feel calmer, more confident, and in control of your emotions and decisions.
What clients say:
"I’m so grateful for the time I had with Natasha. I’ve had many years of therapy but this was by far the best relationship I’ve ever had with a therapist. Natasha was able to see in me very quickly what was holding me back, and helped me address that in a supportive and kind environment. Natasha equipped me with so many helpful tools to tackle not only the small things, but the big things in life"
Book a session ⬇️
Sessions are £100 and conducted online, offering flexibility and comfort. If you’re ready to move forward, book a free 15-minute consultation to explore how I can support you.
Let’s make you feel as good inside as your life looks from the outside.
