About me
Asking for help can feel daunting and with so many choices it can sometimes feel overwhelming.
This first step takes courage.
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, combining the theoretical lenses of the Psychodynamic and Humanistic. This enables me to give a more holistic, bespoke approach to my clients’ concerns, which I have found to be enriching when covering issues such as:
Stress and Anxiety
Marriage, separation and divorce issues
Personal relationship and work relationship issues
Depression
Bereavement and loss
Infertility, Miscarriages, IVF treatment and infant mortality
Domestic abuse
Sexual abuse
OCD
I offer a warm and supportive space to explore and share your thoughts and concerns without judgement leading to a place where you can find clarity, understanding and peace of mind.
I am a registered and accredited member of the BACP (Member No. 084911) and abide by the BACP’s ethical framework.
I am a registered member of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) (Member No. M10973) and have been trained to support individuals and couples encountering issues such as infertility IVF treatment and infant mortality.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at Kingston College completing the BA (Hons) Integrative-Relational Counselling Degree (affiliated with Middlesex University).
As well as having my private practice, I also work alongside a Surrey based NHS GP surgery where I have helped individuals work through a range of issues.
Member organisations
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
