Natasha De Meric (MBACP)
Welcome to my profile. My name is Natasha de Meric and I am a qualified (UKCP and BACP registered) psychotherapist offering short-term and ongoing therapy. I work using a psychodynamic approach which means that we think about early experiences that may impact how you feel in the present. I have additional training in working in a way that enables you to develop a clear focus for your therapy, to find ways of feeling hopeful again and enabling lasting change.
Perhaps you are looking at this profile because you are struggling? It’s a positive start to reach out for help. There could be many reasons why you need support, such as:
Early childhood trauma, such as abuse or neglect
Depression and anxiety
Feeling stuck in your life
Feeling lack of creativity
Struggling with your relationships
Low sense of self-worth
Issues around sex, sexuality, intimacy
Whatever the reason , I work in a non-judgemental and open manner, enabling you to feel trust and understanding. I work in an NHS hospital (South London and Maudsley NHS Trust) and privately, which means that I bring with me experience and skill. My character is warm, engaging and connected which hopefully will enable you to feel safe, and in a good place to talk about your struggles, to understand them and to change in ways that feel hopeful and positive.
