About me

Everybody’s lives are different and at some point we all need someone to listen to us and accept how we’re feeling - that’s why I provide a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgmental space at my private Art Therapy practice in East London.

During our 60 minute sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to express and explore yourself by using the wide range of art materials available and talking through whatever’s brought you here.

My Art Therapy sessions allow you to express yourself and communicate in a way that can help you work through feelings that may be difficult speaking about. Not everyone finds it easy to talk about their problems, but whilst our sessions do provide a safe space for that, the art materials provided give you another way for us to explore things - and no, you certainly don’t need any art skills to get the best out of Art Therapy!

I provide Art Therapy sessions for children, adolescents and adults and have experience supporting people from many different cultural and religious backgrounds.

I also offer sessions as an IAPT Therapist where I specialise in working with children and young people who are experiencing anxiety and depression, using CBT to focus on changing specific behaviours by working with thought processes.

Sessions are normally held on a weekly basis but can be flexible based on your needs.

It can be really difficult to reach out for support, but just reading this shows you’re already half way there! Please email, text or call if you’ve got any questions or would like to discuss a first assessment session.
