About me

I have 10 years in depth  experience of working with adults dealing with bereavement ,depression, anxiety, poor mental health, personality disorder or simply ask the question who am I or what is my life direction. As a Psychodynamic counsellor I have supported diverse group of clients including those whose first language is not English. I have helped my previous clients with their concerns by using the wealth of my training/ experience and enabling them to relate to their issues in a different way by building a good understanding and relationship with them.

I am Psychodynamically trained  however over the years I found it helpful to combine the Psychodynamic with the Person Centred approach.I also use the CBT approach if I see it fitted .  In my work I do welcome all regardless of their ethnic , cultural, sexual or religious orientation. I work with adults on a one-to-one basis. At the moment I provide counselling service only on the phone or online . I also provide counselling in English or Polish language.

I can be contacted via tel; 07907496111 or  email pa901nb@gold.ac.uk I am available on Tuesdays , Thursdays and Saturdays( the first consultation session is free )

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
