About me

You are your own expert, yet at times, life can feel difficult, challenging or confusing, and you may feel stuck or overwhelmed. I support people in finding clarity and strength with which to go forward. My counselling approach is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space to help you look at your unique needs and circumstances.

I understand that it can feel awkward or strange to open up to someone new, and I respect your individual pace, while encouraging your self-awareness and self-empowerment.

I currently offer sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp and phone.

  • I work as a GP surgery practice counsellor.
  • Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Counselling (NCS Accred)
  • Relate Diploma in Relationship Counselling (CPCAB)

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
