Hello I am Natalie, I have been working within the counselling industry for a number of years.
I use a largely person-centred existential approach which means that I put you at the centre of your own therapy, which will help you to find your own solutions and understand yourself better. I am happy to integrate tools and techniques from other approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy – what we use will depend on what you feel will be best for you. I offer a warm non-judgemental space for a range of issues including sexuality, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships including diverse relationships and many more.
I am currently offering online counselling only.
Counselling is something that is very personal which is why I offer a free assessment session so that you can decide if you feel that if I am the right counsellor for you. During our first session I am happy to answer any questions that you have about the way in which I work, or about counselling in general.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
