About me
As a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, I provide compassionate and individualised psychological therapy for a range of difficulties, specialising in trauma and related difficulties, such as PTSD, attachment/relational difficulties, anxiety and low mood. My clinical training is founded on cognitive behavioural principles, and I also incorporate attachment theories, and values-based and compassion-focused approaches. I prefer a humanistic and systemic approach, and strongly believe in understanding and addressing the broader context of each individual's life, ensuring our work together reflects your values, goals, and cultural context. With a humanistic and systemic approach, I deeply value providing goal-driven, client-led and culturally sensitive care.
Training, qualifications & experience
I achieved my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) qualification and training at the Institute of Psychology, Psychiatry & Neuroscience (IOPPN), King's College London (KCL) in 2022. I also have a Master's degree in Clinical Neurodevelopmental Sciences from IOPPN, KCL.
My practice is largely informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I also incorporate other modalities including Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition, I specialize in trauma-focused interventions, including EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).
I have over 8 years of experience, spanning across NHS settings and third-sector organizations, and I have also worked with a diverse range of populations, including those from various cultural backgrounds and individuals with neurodiversity.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
