About me
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Feeling safe and understood can allow you to share your difficulties. Through the assessment process, we can develop a shared understanding of what has contributed to you feeling this way and your desired goals for therapy. We can then start to identify and establish new ways of coping in line with your values.
I’m a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist based in London. I have experience working with adults in a range of specialist services in the NHS. I currently work in a specialist women’s health psychology service, supporting those experiencing distress during the perinatal period, fertility treatments, gynaecological treatment, and following a traumatic birth.
I have experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and difficulties. These difficulties may include:
- Anxiety disorders (Generalised anxiety disorder, OCD, health anxiety and panic attacks)
- Depression
- Perinatal wellbeing
- Stress
- Low self-esteem
- Self-criticism
- Loss/bereavement
- Adjustment to living or caring for someone with a health condition
- Fertility difficulties
- Miscarriage
- Perfectionism
For further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
