About me

Welcome, my name is Natalie. I am a professional integrative psychotherapist working within a relational, humanistic approach with both adults and children/young people above the age of 11.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental place where clients can truly be themselves. A space that is dedicated to only you, where you can feel true enhanced empathy, unconditional positive regard, congruence, and partnership; which in our day-to-day lives can be a rarity.

In addition, by integrating a person-centred approach, I facilitate an environment where my clients can feel empowered in making positive and valuable changes that enable them to really heal and live their best life.

I understand that there isn’t a one-size fits all approach, as we are all so individual. This is why I am flexible with my therapeutic approaches, and therefore able to support with a multitude of concerns and needs.

Most importantly, I pride my private practice on working in partnership with my clients, as you are the expert on your own life story.

My promise to my clients

I will continuously provide each and every client with my passion and my investment in their positive growth. I bring my authentic and unique approach to every individual healing journey, ensuring that all my clients are listened to and heard.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

People choose to access therapy for so many different reasons; you may feel “stuck” or “stagnant” in your current life situation. You may have low confidence, poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, professional burn out, childhood trauma, suffered abuse, or you may not fully understand what the issue is.  It is essential to understand that healing is not a linear process and looks different for us all. The most important thing to know is that you don’t have to struggle in silence or manage this alone.

I feel that everyone has the ability to be empowered and to build and maintain the confidence to lead a successful, satisfying, and fulfilled life. In particular, female and teenage empowerment  is extremely important to me both personally and professionally.

In addition, I am fully registered with the professional body - British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (B.A.C.P.), and hold a full D.B.S. certificate; ensuring that you are in safe hands.

Making a change is never easy, and it certainly isn’t easy if you feel like you are misunderstood or alone. Taking the first step and starting therapy can feel scary, daunting, and overwhelming, but I would like you to ask yourself a question; what scares you the most, seeking help, or continuing to feel the way that you are feeling in this moment, right now?

Whatever your reason(s) for visiting my page today, I would love to help you on your journey to a more positive, fulfilled and happier you. Please get in touch.
