About me
Has something led you to question your connection with yourself, other people or the world?
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the demands of life or that you aren't able to prioritise what is important to you?
Would you like to feel more confident navigating the sex and relationships you want?
I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade’s experience working in the NHS. I currently co-lead a busy HIV and Sexual Health Psychology Service in London. In my private practice, Context Psychology, I specialise in supporting people to enhance their sexual and relational wellbeing, communication and, more broadly, connect with what they value.
I offer individual and group therapy to adult clients. My key priority is to create the space for you to reflect on what is most meaningful for you. I am deeply committed to my practice being affirmative and inclusive for people of all genders, sexualities, relational styles, racial identities, faiths and cultures.
Training, qualifications & experience
As a clinical psychologist, I have worked therapeutically across the lifespan with people experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. I also provide clinical supervision and consultation to other professionals. I am trained in a number of therapies (including Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and will work collaboratively with you to meet your individual needs and context.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
