Natalie Audoire (Dip.) MBACP
I'm an experienced counsellor with a passion for supporting others. I hope I can help you work towards healing or gaining a greater understanding of whatever is troubling you.
I think it takes a lot of courage to ask for help and to take the step of entering counselling. I want to treat you as a person without labels or judgements. I'm person centred so that means I believe in going at your pace, talking about what you want to talk about and trying to understand what you truly want, feel or value.
I aim to create a safe and trusting environment where you can be fully yourself and come to your own conclusions.
If I sound like I might be the right counsellor for you we can arrange an initial session. This is where we would get to know each other a bit and talk about whats brought you to counselling. It's important that I feel right for you so this is an opportunity to find that out.
