About me

Counselling can be helpful if you are feeling overwhelmed or want to talk things through. It can often feel a bit daunting and that's why it's so important to find someone you feel comfortable with. It should be a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself and get things off your chest.

My experience is mainly with women, helping them to work through things like depression, anxiety and loss. However, I've also worked with men in a prison setting where we look at what might have led to offending and how they can make positive changes in their life. I'm a creative person and believe that this can sometimes help people to express themselves more easily.

It's not always easy taking the step to start Counselling as there can be a lot of unknowns. What will I say? Will I be accepted? What if I don't have anything to say at all? This is perfectly natural. I hope to put you at ease, accept what comes up and go with the flow.

I work from home and have a cosy and private counselling room. I have a cat who can be very therapeutic as she loves cuddles but if you have allergies or are not a cat person she's happy to adventure outside. :)

If you'd like a chat about what I offer please drop me a line. Or we can have a free 30 min initial meeting if you'd like.

Take care,

Nat
