About me

Hi my name is Natalia. Thanks for visiting my profile! I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & Integrative Practitioner. Currently my private practice is based in Glasgow, although I am able to offer Therapy Online or over the Telephone. I currently offer Therapy on an individual 1:1 basis.

Do you want to see a confident version of yourself?

Do you feel anxious and feel like you are losing control?

Would you like to face past issues, fears, 'what if's?' and shed shackles that keep you fixated there?

Would you like to feel happy and content again?

If the answer to any of the above is YES, then please get in touch! I am not going to pretend to have a magic wand and resolve all your issues after one session, but I would be working with you, and you are your greatest asset! And that is all that we need to be able to start working together.

Fear often holds us back and it will keep you rooted to one place, where as Hope has the potential to liberate. To hope for a better tomorrow is a good place to start. Coming for therapy for the first time can be daunting and overwhelming even if you have been before. You may be feeling overwhelmed by various things in life such as feeling Anxious, Bereft, Low, Unhappy, Stuck, Lacking in confidence/ Self Esteem or feeling like you can't cope. That is where I come in.

A Bit About Me:

I have worked as a Senior Clinician within the Corporate Sector. I have a minimum of 6 yrs experience from working with SAMH, Cancer Support Scotland, DWP (Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre in Dumbarton) and the corporate Sector. I currently work with clients who access support via their Employee Assistance Programme and Private Medical Insurance. This varied experience has allowed me to work with individuals (16yrs+) who have a range of issues such as; Low self esteem, Depression, Cancer, Postnatal Depression, Anxiety, Long Term Mental Health Issues, Returning to work, Suicidal Ideations/ Thoughts, Trauma, Drug and Alcohol Addictions- to name a few.

How I can help you?

It can be helpful to be able to take a step back to gain a different perspective. Together we can explore your issues in a non judgemental, safe, supportive environment and try to understand your problems. We would look at how they are affecting you in the here and now. Over time, this will help you to identify where issues are stemming from, develop your own level of self awareness and sense of self, learn new tools, techniques and coping strategies, helping you find solutions to overcome your problems.

If you feel that you could benefit from accessing therapy, then please do not hesitate to get in touch. I work in a private therapeutic room in the heart of Glasgow that has excellent transport links and on street car parking.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
