Natalia Nad (Accred) Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Energy Spiritual Healing
Hi! I am very happy you're here. Thank you for taking time to look at my site. This should help you to find what you're looking for.
It is only human to need support and we all do at certain times. Most especially, during challenging moments in our lives. As all our suffering stems from the mind, mental health support is the best way to reconnect with the inner power and peace within to alleviate your symptoms.
Sometimes talking about a concern is enough to solve, overcome, heal and find the way forward that is right for you. Resulting in a positive change for a more fulfilled and happier life.
Despite our inner power, it can be very hard to stay happy, balanced, peaceful when we lose those we love, feel rejected or encounter big changes. When we are overwhelmed with sadness, stress, anger, anxiety, feeling unworthy and helpless.
As the mind is very powerful, it can still bring us down through it’s limiting subconscious impressions causing sleepless nights, physical issues, various disorders, depression, sexual problems, relationships and phobias.
Changing your mindset will change how you feel and behave. Improving your personality, relationships and all areas of your life. Enhancing your mental, emotional and physical well-being. Optimising your performance. Returning you to your natural state of peace, calmness, balance and confidence. Regaining self-love, self-assurance and self-esteem.
Psychotherapy is very effective in helping to alleviate and manage symptoms. It can help in many ways. However, when a concern has deeper roots, a different approach is required to get to the root cause to enable a permanent resolution.
Having trained in a variety of disciplines, I often use a holistic approach that is flexible and adaptable to individual needs of every person. Accessing and healing different parts of the mind.
I am a professionally qualified therapist with over a decade of experience in both in the public and private sector.
My heart’s desire is to transform, expand and empower my clients' mind and souls’. Remove the limitations that hold them back.
I help with and provide therapy for:

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
