About me

I am returning to work face to face from 15th March.

I am a fully qualified integrative therapist based in Accrington.

I believe one way of working does not suit every person, therefore I have trained in several modalities to offer tailor made therapy to suit each individual. The modalities I work with are: Person Centred Therapy, CBT skills, solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, NLP skills, groups.

I work in a holistic, relaxed manner offering a confidential space without judgement. I am not here to 'fix' you or tell you what to do, I am here to sit with you and explore your inner most thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences.

Beside my counselling I am a real person who is honest and empathic with a real interest in supporting you and building your wellbeing and self worth.

I have many years experiences of working with mental health, working with many issues, including, abuse, depression, anxiety, fear, addiction, stress, low confidence and grief.

If you would like to find out more about me or would like to have a chat I offer a free 30 minute face to face consultation so please contact me.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
