Nadia Georgiou MBACP, Dip PTSD
My name is Nadia Georgiou and at Building Trust Counselling I offer professional and private therapy. I am based in Rochford, Essex.
I hold an accredited Diploma specialising in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
I am an Integrative therapist, which means that I select the most useful parts of a range of approaches that most suit your needs, empowering you to find your own resilience, recovery and sense of peace, whatever your particular difficulties in life are.
I offer a therapeutic relationship which is based on a solid foundation of trust, empathy, respect and acceptance. My counselling room is safe, private and confidential and will allow you time and space to explore who you are without judgement, helping you to find your sense of self.
I am a registered member of the BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I follow their Ethical Framework. I engage in regular counselling supervision and professional development.
