About me

It is important to find the right counsellor to enable you to trust and commit to the process of counselling. I offer a safe, respectful, non-judgemental and confidential place for you to explore the reasons that brought you to this website and where I can help you face any difficult feelings and issues. I am experienced in helping my clients with various issues which include self esteem, anxiety, depression, self-harm, bereavement, bullying and relationship difficulties.

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and, as such, will help you to explore any difficulties or issues that are troubling you in a safe and trusting place. We need to feel comfortable with those we confide in so please call me to see if you would like to take this further.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
