I am an experienced counsellor and psychosexual therapist. My background is in midwifery and women's health and I have long experience working with teenage clients and family problems.
I am the person to see if you have issues with bereavement, depression, relationships, separation or divorce, work based problems and coping with the changes that life throws at us.
For those who have low self esteem or anxiety we can work together to improve your situation.
I also use EFT or tapping to help if your problem is addiction, phobias, anger management or PTSD.
I work with an open mind and will support you in improving your life whatever you feel is the problem. Ex-offenders welcome.
Couples counselling at any stage of your relationship is something I can assist with as a couple or single, Gay,lesbian, Bi or trans.
If you want life to improve we can work together on any issue.

Member of BACP and COSRT
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

In my private life I am a Mum of two and grandmother of 7 and great Grandma of two. These family members keep me up to date with current problems and stresses from trying to get car insurance, to the job/ apprenticeship difficulties, financial problems, relationships, bullying, pressures, justice, as well as the joys and successes that also appear.
My passions are reading and the theatre, especially amateur and semi-professional groups.
