M. Jasmine Jones
I am a fully qualified Integratively trained counselling therapist. This means I am able to draw together the most useful parts of a range of therapeutic approaches, and respond flexibly to the needs of different clients in order to provide support, insight and change.
I am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which means i am an experienced, competent and ethical practitioner.
My experience and interests covers a number of areas;
• Depression and Anxiety
• Loss and Bereavement
• Surviving Abuse
• Relationship Difficulties
• Gender Related Issues
• Family Issues
• Confidence and Self-esteem
• Life Changes
If you are struggling with an issue not on the above list or one that you feel is more complex, I believe I can still help process things with you.
In working with me, you will not be judged for the choices you are making or have made in the past. However, if these choices are no longer working for you, we will guide you to find other ways of living your life and in freeing yourself from dysfunctional and painful ways of seeing yourself.
