About us
Muma Nurture supports infertility, pregnancy (perinatal mental health) and perinatal death (baby loss) through counselling, therapies, and groups, both in person at our Eastbourne office and online across the UK.
We believe everybody is entitled to good quality therapeutic support at their time of need regardless of financial status. Therefore you will be advised of the cost of your therapy and asked to donate whatever you can afford towards that.
All clients have a full initial consultation with a specialist counsellor before being paired with their best match counsellor. Counselling is open-ended depending on need. All of our counsellors work in a person-centred way meaning they will work with you and where you are at and may integrate other models of work such as; mindfulness, CBT, solution-focused, if that is of benefit to you.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
Training, qualifications & experience
We have varying levels of qualification and experience within the team. Everyone is qualified to at least level 4 and some will be completing placement with us for further training.
Before starting work with us our counsellors complete additional training specific to infertility, perinatal mental health and perinatal death to further enable them to work with these sensitive subjects.
The team are given regular training to update their knowledge and very regular supervision with an experienced specialist.
Our most senior counsellor supervises the rest of the team and has over 15 years experience working with bereavement. For 12 of those she has worked specifically with baby bereavement and much of that infertility.

There is plenty of free parking on Finmere Road, and if there is no car parked on the forecourt of Beverley Business Park you are welcome to park there.
There are plenty of bus routes which stop nearby on Seaside.
The nearest train stations are Hampden Park or Eastbourne, both are probably too far to walk and you would need to get a bus or taxi.
