I offer Counselling and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) which has shown to been very effective for those experiencing stress, anxiety and depression.
Types of anxiety may include chronic worry, fear of anxiety and panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD), social anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and phobias. If you feel you do not fit into any of these catergories and would still like some help with anxiety please call for a chat to see if CBT would be helpful for you.
Walk Talk Therapy
This is simply walking at your pace in a beautiful environment whilst experienceing counselling. It is proven that walking in nature naturally raises our mood and can reduce stress and anxiety as well as increasing the serotonin hormone that makes us naturally feel happier. If this idea appeals to you I am flexible on times and days and may even be able to cater for early mornings. The first session we would meet in a traditional setting so that we would have an opportunity to meet and talk about how this would work. Then from that we would meet at an agreed time and begin the Walk Talk therapy.

The fee is usually £40 for 50 minutes.
However I do have a Limited number of reduced fee counselling sessions in the mornings or early afternoons excluding weekends.
All session are 50 minutes.
I offer a no obligation 50 minute FREE consultation so that we can both decided whether working together would be a good fit and helpful for you. You do not need to decide straight away and after the initial consultation you can think about whether I am the right therapist for you.
If after the initial consultation you do feel you would like to start working together, then I can book you in for your first appointment.
If I feel my skills and experience are not a good fit for you or that you require other treatments that I do not offer. I will try to refer you on to someone more suitable for your needs.
