About me

Life can be difficult, rarely goes the way we plan it, we might feel stuck in the situation and unsure how to move forward. Counselling can give you an opportunity to think where you are in life, how it could be different and move forward.

I strongly believe that with the right support people can be empowered to find their own answers and choose the best path for them to follow. I value the individuality that every person represents and find it very rewarding when supporting others.

The therapy I offer is a collaborative process when you will have a safe, non-judgemental and confidential time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings; time and space to think what you want. I cannot and will not try to fix you; instead, I stand by you and with my knowledge and experience help you to choose the best solution for you.

I aim to build a strong relationship with my clients based on respect, trust, honesty and acceptance to empower and enable them to make informed decisions. I based my work on person centre approach and combine it with a variety of techniques, depending on the client's needs and suitability.

Finding a right counsellor can be daunting and for that reason I offer the first session free of charge, to give you a chance to decide for yourself if we can work together. I can help you to recover from addictions, low self-esteem, mental health problems, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, relationship problems, attachments issues, past experience that is affecting your life now, emotional and mental abuse.

I offer short, and long-term counselling at a cost of £40 for a 50-minute individual session in Westbourne.

Various days available including weekend, please call  on 07746346742
