Monika Bassani MNCS
It takes courage to seek therapy, to talk about those concerns that are personal to you. Anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma often trigger physical and emotional responses making it difficult to participate in your daily life, as you wish to.
Relationship conflicts leads to difficulty in communicating your own needs, can leave you both with the loss of intimacy, warmth, and trust. Attachment theory suggest that early childhood experiences are carried in our adult lives, and shape the outlook of your close and intimate connections.
My work is focused on individuals and couples on an open - ended basis. On our first meeting we can discuss all your needs and my modality of work, this is to ensure that both parties feels comfortable to progress into therapy.
Appointments are available from Mon - Sat day time and evening. Day time limited number of low-cost counselling also available. For further information in absolute confidentiality, please do contact me through my website or by phone.
