I am a fully qualified BACP counsellor. I have experience in working with a range of emotional and psychological health difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship problems and addiction. I have extensive experience working in the voluntary sector for Change, Grow, Live- a nationwide organisation supporting people with homelessness and poor mental health.
I always start by listening and tuning into your experience, to gain a greater understanding of the reasons you have decided to seek counselling. Through our work together, i would hope to help you become both more comfortable with who you are, more accepting of yourself, less anxious and self-critical. This work can only take place within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship which we will build together over time.
I have just completed my BACP/Open Uni qualification for on-line counselling, this included texting, email and Video conferencing. I have Skype and Zoom available. My rates are £40 per 50 min session and concessions and sliding scales are available.
I also offer face to face sessions in Ramsgate Kent
I also offer home visits

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
