About me

I am a qualified Counsellor (MCouns), a member of BACP, a certified MAP Method™ Practitioner and a Transforming Hypnotherapist (of Transforming Therapy™). I work with an evidence-based & Integrative Therapeutic Approach - applying benefits from various modalities (please refer to 'Therapies offered' on this page) to cater for client's different concerns, be it stress, mood issues, grief, phobia, panic attack, esteem and/or relationship issues. I assist clients in unleashing their WELL-BEING and POTENTIAL, through a deeper Connection with their Trueness alongside the ever-moving current of life, and eventually Seeing their ultimate Meaning in Life, and thus Enjoying life to its fullness.

Having worked in another sector for many years, I understand what it feels like when encountering stress and emotional issues in life. I embarked on a journey of self-exploration which has allowed me to feel, see and find what I am passionate about in life. I am currently serving as a Counsellor, a Life Coach and a Yoga Facilitator ONLINE and in East Kilbride. I offer sessions in ENGLISH, CANTONESE and MANDARIN according to Your needs.

With years of experience on working on myself, I feel grateful in collaboratively assisting YOU in revealing the mentor within Your Self, and thus having YOUR potential unleashed FULLY, be it in your life transitions, career development, parenting stage, as well as your children’s development. I am a qualified Counsellor & I look forward to serving YOU!

During this period of pandemic uncertainty of Covid-19, Your Safety is my Utmost Concern. Therefore, I offer support via face-to-face sessions occasionally in East Kilbride and ONLINE (video or telephone according to Your comfort in Your therapeutic progress).

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
