Mindsense Therapy- Counselling people in the local comunity for 6 years
Mind Sense Therapy is a warm and welcoming set of rooms in Rochdale for clients wishing to undertake counselling and psychotherapy. The counsellors here care deeply about each individual’s mental health and well-being and share a passion for providing high-quality therapeutic services. Clients visit with many different issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, addiction and much more. The service is run by Marie Tomasso BA honours 1st class in integrative counselling and clinical supervisor (MBACP/BACP accredited and Registered).
Mind Sense therapy recognises that for some people private counselling sessions are a luxury. With deeper issues that may require longer term therapy the financial commitment becomes daunting. We are now offering clients a safe and welcoming place to receive help at a cost of £25 per session when they choose to see a volunteer/trainee counsellor. All clients come for an initial assessment before being matched to a counsellor with the right level of training to help with their issue.
We offer clients unlimited sessions which are reviewed every 6 weeks, clients then have the option of extending.
Proof of benefits etc are not required for this service and students will receive a portion of the amount to support them in their training. Sessions with student counsellors are all within the hours of 9.15 am and 4.30pm. This is an adult only service.
