Your journey is unique
I am a BACP Registered counsellor working from a private pracitice based in a peaceful location in Enderby.
As an experienced integrative counsellor I offer a flexible approach that allows my client’s needs to guide their journey through the process of therapy. I work with a diverse range of clients with many different issues. If you feel anxiety is becoming or has become a concern. If its a work related stress thats concerning you or depression has taken over your life. I work with those who have suffered bereavement and loss. If abuse, relationship issues, or low self esteem has become something that has or is consuming you and your thoughts. Are you going through divorce, redundancy or unexpected life and health changes? It can all feel like its piling up? Having the space and personal development can bring new ways you view your journey. I have also specialised with working closely with those affected by Domestic Violence.
In our journey I offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment with space and time to fully explore your issues, fears, difficulties, choices and opportunities that rise within your day of just trying to get things done. I work with processes ranging from CBT to Mindfulness allowing space to identify key themes to you, important feelings experienced within the struggle to cope with and maintain what is important at that time aiding you in reaching your desired goal.
Exploring these issues in a safe environment enabling you to address these concerns freely whilst gaining new perspectives and understanding. Being able to regain an understanding of what surrounds you can help to gain a feeling of control making things feel stable and the confidence to reclaim that control.
I offer both time-limited and open-ended long-term therapy. We will always have a review of therapeutic progress every 6 sessions
