Choosing a therapist and therapy style that suits you can feel overwhelming but is so important for the success of your treatment. Because of this I am happy to offer you a free 30 minute assessment to discuss your needs. If the style I offer is not for you then I will discuss with you other options that might suit you better.
You can email or call me obligation free to explore your needs.
I am a psychotherapist with 15 years experience of in treating people suffering from an array of mental health difficulties, using CBT and IPT. I am an accredited member of the BABCP and IPT UK.
My aim is to support you on your journey to recovery by helping you build better self-esteem and reduce self-criticism through exploration of the issues that have brought you to this point.
I use a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to provide the best support for my clients while helping them build the necessary tools to become their own therapist so that in the future they have a better understanding of their difficulties, reactions and coping mechanisms.
At present, I am offering online support only and will be returning to face to face appointments from October 2021. I am based in Mid Essex but I am also able to offer video treatment wherever you are.
