About me

My approach to therapy is to work with clients in a non-prescriptive, supportive, respectful and non-judgemental environment to make sense of how you are feeling and the issues you are dealing with.

Our sessions are designed to help you find your inner resources and make positive changes to discover a new way of living. I believe that every person is unique, as are their issues, and therefore I work as an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist making use of the approach that best suits you and your circumstances.

I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society and abide by the Professional and Ethical standards.
