Hello I am Shelly,
Life can be challenging at times. I am an empathetic, caring , non-judgmental, warm counsellor. I am here to help you explore your anxieties, worries, concerns in a secure safe environment.
I have experience in depression, loss, eating disorders, relationships,anxiety and specialize in weight issues, supporting clients/family with palliative/chronic illness and grief therapy. Grief therapy for loss of animals.Transgender and gender identity issues. Self-harm, domestic and child abuse.
I am an interactive counsellor which means that I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches including Person Centered Therapy’NLP. Finding the right counsellor can be daunting. It’s important to find the right counsellor so we can work together to bring the life changes you want.

I did my training with Chrysalis Counselling and Therapy training and working in G.P surgery as Emergency Nurse Practitioner seeing mental health issues on a daily basis .
