About me

I am a qualified Counsellor currently completing advance training in Couples Therapy. As part of this I am offering 50 minutes couples therapy sessions at the rate of £50 for online more in person.

I am an integrative counsellor, meaning I draw from different therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. I’m trained in Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing me to offer a flexible and personalized approach to your healing.  I work with adults, couples and teenagers from 16  upwards, I specialise in childhood and relationship based issues.

How We Can Work Together

Our sessions go beyond talking. Together, we’ll explore creative and therapeutic exercises to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level and uncover patterns rooted in trauma, self-doubt, or relationship struggles: I offer a free 15 minute consultation.

Some examples include

Writing or drawing with your non-dominant hand to access deeper feelings.

Creating masks with art materials to uncover your inner emotions.

Developing your own personalized guided meditation.

Using your voice box to access stuck and unspoken words.

Through our work together you can

Learn to set boundaries and create healthier connections with yourself and others.

Improve communication patterns and find ways to heal relational wounds.

Reclaim your confidence and rebuild your self-esteem.

Heal trauma and its impact on your daily life.

Set and maintain healthy boundaries in relationships.

Heal from people-pleasing behaviours rooted in past pain.

Recognize relationship patterns and how to change them.

Heal childhood wounds and practice self-love through reparenting.

Process anger and emotional pain in a healthy way.

Regain the courage to start dating or take a leap in your career.

Improve motivation and emotional resilience.

Work through conflict and build better relationships with partners, family, and friends.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I offer a free 20-minute consultation where we can discuss your concerns and how we might work together. You can contact me through this site or my website using the contact form.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
