About me
Hi, I'm an integrative psychotherapist offering online talking therapy. You might not always have the words for what you're feeling - and that’s okay. Whether you're navigating a big life change, experiencing anxiety or low self-esteem, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling a lack of meaning, I'm here to help you make sense of it.
We all carry patterns we fall into, blind spots we avoid, and emotions like sadness, anger, or shame that can feel overwhelming or confusing. But it is my belief that in the safety of holding therapeutic relationship we can explore these parts of ourselves.
In my sessions, I bring honesty, warmth, and even humour. Sometimes we cry, sometimes we reflect, and yes, sometimes we laugh - because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. I believe in creating a space where you feel seen as a whole person, not just the difficult things you're carrying.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a BSc in Psychology with Counselling Skills and an MSc in Psychological Therapies and Interventions, both from Middlesex University. I'm currently in the final stage of completing my Doctorate (PhD) in Counselling Psychology.
Over the past four years, I’ve supported clients in a range of settings, including Headstrong, Talking Therapies, Kingston Women’s Centre, and Women’s Trust. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns - from anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties to more complex and long-standing issues like childhood trauma.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and now run my own private practice, Therapy Z, offering online therapy and coaching. My approach is integrative and flexible - grounded in theory, but always tailored to the unique needs and personality of each client.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
