About me

I offer online Therapy. Due to the current pandemic I am able to offer Trauma Therapy. It can be an overwhelming feeling to reach out and take those first steps to contacting a counsellor for help, yet it can be such a positive fulfilling experience. I offer a space to explore the issues that can cause upset pain and distress.I can work with you to make sense of your issues that will enable you understand how to make changes in your life. Sharing those problems with a trained professional can enable you to make positive changes. Stress, anxiety and depression can cause deep suffering and be an isolating experience. Counselling and psychotherapy can be a challenging experience, but it offers you a deeper insight of yourself giving you the autonomy to move forward with your life.

I work using an integrative approach meaning I can draw on my training of different models to meet your needs. I also offer long term psychotherapeutic therapy .

I receive clinical supervision monthly in order to be able to maintain an ethical and safe practice. I will continue to have regular training to maintain my own professional standards.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
