I am an integrative BACP accredited registered counselling therapist; this means that I use a mix of several styles of therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion Therapy. I use aspects of these therapies to work collaboratively, the goal being to empower the individual I am working with to become happier with the person they are through self discovery and understanding..
I have worked successfully with a wide variety of challenging and complex issues, Relationships, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem, Self-harming, Work related stress, Critical Incident debriefing.
I work mainly with individuals but also have some experience of couples and group work
I qualified in 2013 and have worked with a wide range of issues since, working in mental health, bereavement, I currently work privately and for a large organisation.

I am based in North Manchester/Prestwich area within easy reach of Bury/Salford/Swinton/Worsley//Prestwich/Whitefield/ Radcliffe/Crumpsall/Blackley areas.
I am located 7 minutes away from Jct 17 of the M60.
Manchester City Centre/Media City is approximately twenty minutes away.
My room is at Wellspring House Whitefield/ Radcliffe. Free parking is available at this location. Home visits are a possibility but this will depend on the circumstance and distance, a charge may be applicable.
