About me

I am an experienced integrative counsellor specialised in all addictions, depression, anxiety and bereavement with over 30 years' experience in alcohol and drug addiction.

I work with clients with a variety of different issues including psychosexual anxiety, domestic abuse, relationships loss and bereavement. I am honoured to share the journey with my client. You choose your own goals and then we collaborate to achieve them. This journey starts with a desire to change. It is an opportunity to build healthy relationships and focuses on bringing change, hope, direction as well as purpose and fulfillment into your life.

Training, qualifications & experience

Integrative Counselling Diploma Level 5.

Worked as a counsellor as follows: 

Step by Step Recovery ( Southend-on-Sea ) 2021-2022, by making sure clients were being taken care of including administration of medicines and security supervision. This also includes monitoring of clients'progress on a one to one basis as well as group steps'work.

Sanctuary Lodge ( Halstead ) 2022-2023, a comprehensive alcohol and addiction treatment centre, looking after residents during their recovery on a one to one basis and group steps' work.

Neoviva ( Vitznau -CH) 2023-2024, Swiss treatment centre assisting clients during one to one approach as well as group steps' meetings. Travelling abroad (Italy, UAE ) working with clients on a daily basis by taking care of their well being.
